Aged for over 90 days in wooden boards, surface treated with olive oil and charcoal bases, according to the
Pienza tradition, produced with milk from our sheep.
• Ingredients: pasteurized sheep's milk, rennet, salt, lactic ferments
• Rind: black
• Paste: the paste is crumbly, with a sweet, grazing, enveloping, harmonious flavor.
• Format: about 1.2 Kg
