Aged for over 6 months wrapped in walnut leaves, which release their aroma in the cheese, made with
milk from our sheep.
• Ingredients: pasteurized sheep's milk, rennet, salt, lactic ferments
• Rind: natural color
• Paste: the paste is crumbly, with a slightly spicy flavor and scent of walnut leaves.
• Format: about 1.2 Kg
