Semi aged pecorino


Matured for about 40 days in fir boards, produced with only our sheep's milk, with a typical red crust, as it
is treated on the surface, according to the Pienza tradition, with tomato sauce.
• Ingredients: pasteurized sheep's milk, rennet, salt, lactic ferments
• Rind: hulled, red in color
• Paste: the paste is buttery and soft in winter and almost compact and crumbly in spring-summer, with a
mature milk flavor.
• Format: about 1.3 Kg
